I provide high quality, compassionate, and humanistic therapy with folks who are struggling to feel heard, seen, and accepted. Looking for a therapist can be tough, especially for folks who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or are juggling the intersectionality of identity. In my opinion, finding the right fit for therapy means finding a space where folks who have felt marginalized feel safe enough to blossom. You deserve to feel genuinely cared for by a therapist that is authentic and warm.
LGBTQ+ identities providing affirming care that allows you to feel safe and accepted being your authentic self.
Neurodivergent identities, folks who often feel like the world isn't made for the way their brain naturally works.
Traditional and/or non traditional relationships who are struggling to connect, wanting to find tools to problem solve and communicate together.
Good therapy strikes a balance between fostering insight, providing support, and challenging old patterns to help you grow and meet your goals - whatever they may be. As a therapist, I believe you already have all you need to succeed. I'm here to work through the stuckness and old ways of being in the world that no longer serve you. I use an experiential humanistic approach to collaborate, support, and work together with you.
Together we can get you feeling better by building meaningful growth and change. If you’re interested in scheduling a free consultation, you can contact me either by phone or email or schedule directly online here.
My approach is deeply rooted in valuing your uniqueness. You can expect a safe space to freely express yourself that empowers you to embrace your authenticity and navigate life's challenges with renewed clarity and resilience. I enjoy collaborating with clients in a way that feels geunine, warm, supportive, and healing.
Outside of therapy you can find me working with the DEI Committee of OC CAMFT, providing trainings and events for other therapists, fundraising for causes that support LGBTQ and BIPOC Communities, and volunteering to support houseless populations in the OC and LA County area. Outside of work, I’m an avid collector of hobbies. The current rotation includes painting, crafting, skating, baking, and treasure hunting at flea markets.
Before private practice, I worked with community mental health agencies supporting trans-youth, victims of trauma and domestic violence, substance abuse and eating disorders. I have been contracted with school districts to provide free therapy, groups, and trainings that support high need students and their families. I’ve worked with neurodiverse clients from a range of ages and backgrounds - individually and within relationships. I have worked with high conflict families, romantic relationships, clients exploring their sexuality, and supported clients in building stronger more fulfilling connections with their partners.
